hmm, i haven't been posting for some days and i can't really find anything interesting to talk about. I'll blog for the sake of blogging. Well, today is monday, the longest day of my week, the most tiring day, and the most SIAN day.

My day started of with bus 58 arriving late, no surprise that i reached school at 7.50am. Wow, by then the temperature taking exercise had even ended. yeah, basically stoned through the whole day. The only fun thing probably being PE and recess where our class guys played volleyball. Otherwise the rest of the lessons drone on and on it could have froze me. Have you ever tried making your day fun when it isn't? I kind of find that it's 99% unsuccessful because most of the time your day is affected by those around you. They stone you become stone too. So yeah, it's called interdependency on one another.

Then bowling training completed my tiring day. yeah. I don't know why i'm still unable to bowl long. It seems as though i tire easily. It's like only a 13 pound ball. To people like wee hian it's a feather, to me it seems like a ton after 2 hours of training. ARGH weak hand. I fear for my a'Div competitions.

Are you happy now?
With what you have..
Are you satisfied?
That all the times we had
Are all just memories now
I took for granted, all the times
That I thought would last somehow

two tiring days in a row, i'm really sleepy and uber exhausted now. Yesterday i had bolwing training, the coah sweet talk Shawn for like over an hour before he was convinced not to change from hook bowler to spinner. Shawn kind of wasted his money, he trained for less than an hour only. LoL. Then after training played 2 games. Coach came to watch us midway through and Shawn was actually throwing spinner but he quickly switch back to hook Haha! i was so tired yesterday that i couldn't bowl properly. So only training was nice, the games after that were kind of crap. I even took a 6 pound ball to play because i was too tired to lift my 13 pound one.

Then today the class guys decided to play soccer after school. So played for about an hour or so then got chased out because of PE classes. Then we played volleyball but after that got chased also cause volleyball CCA was using the court. Haha. So all then decide to go home.

i'm tired..

In this festive season i read about people who gets bombed, people who gets killed, sadness, sorrows and many more downsides of life. But what are these compared to seeing someone on their deathbed? This person isn't one who is close to me, in fact i probably have taken her for granted when i receive hongbaos from her each year.

She's my dad's "Godma", but he refers to her as his foster mother. Last year she was well and walking fine, this year, what a drastic turn. We visited her and that's where we found out her condition. Terminal bone and lung cancer. Such a shock, none of us knew how to react. My dad especially, i could see how this hurt him. It was as if he's holding back unshed tears. He told us a sentence that pierced my heart so.. "Son, if ever this happens to me, let me go please, i can see her suffering, please let me die if it happens..."

I couldn't stop thinking of what she looks like. From a healthy elderly to nothing but just bones. Skinny, pale and the stare into space. She's so weak and it sucks, yeah SUCKS, to know you can do nothing to help her but watch her slowly live out the rest of her days. You say killing, bombings is bad.. But i say this is the worst encounter for any Chinese New Year event. It makes me want to cry, or even forget about receiving hongbaos. What dad has always said suddenly sound more meaningful now "treasure someone when he/she is alive, don't wait until he/she is gone before you start regretting"

Since i've no mood to blog about the visits that occur over these past 2 days, i shall just end with a song. A song that currently lifts my mood..

From Simon Webbe's lastest album Grace,
Coming Around Again

It's comin' around again
We've been so long waitin', for the all-time highs
We've got a damn good reason
To put your troubles aside
For all your winter sorrows
Hang them out to dry throw it all away, gotta throw it away.
All the colourful days, my friend
Are comin' around again

Tonight I find myself kneeling by the bed to pray
I haven't done this in a while
So I don't know what to say but
Lord I feel so small some times in this big ol' place
I know there are more important things, but
Don't forget to remember me
Don't forget to remember me

Anyway, monday another longest day, tiring and damn tiring. I finally gave my mortal something, i'm rather proud of myself now. LOL. Physics test totally sucks, couldn't finish the paper at all :( Bowling today was rather fun. They draw lots to form team and each time always end up got weehian in my team. I think we are destined a'div partners to be. Heh.
And then i stepped home i saw this on the dinner table i was like "WHAT ON EARTH?!!?" That thing below is not lobster but PRAWNS!!! It's so damn huge it's the length of my palm!!!!! Haha, it was nice to eat it. Pepper prawn.. WoOt!!
this time, can be like the first time
close your eyes and soon you'll be there
no man could ever guess what you're feeling
turn a spark to a flame,
make a wish, close your eyes,
won't you start all over again.

Yesterday a bunch of us had a surprise birthday for Ele. Haha, i believed she was well and truly stunned. Yeah! The dinner was okay, at the restaurant which i love the curry fish head, Different Taste :). Different taste used to be at Jackies Bowl, i think only bowlers would know where that is. My family use to go there after church to eat the curry fish head. Woot, i was thus damn happy when one of the dish ordered was it. hey i'm talking to much about food here. LOL. =)

Anyway, i just love fridays lah. It leaves me a lot of time after school. Before i left house for dinner i had like 5 hours to kill. Played DoTa with kah wee/kh/randy. yeah, i think kah wee and me choing like siao, came up with so many lame combos i end up laughing more than i played. Haha..

To make the weekend greater this morning we held a fun bowl for the alumni people. There were JC2's, 3's and even 4's!! Haha! People i don't even know! Anyway they had trophies so it was everything to play for. Although i didn't win anything, aiyah i so lousy, i'm still rather satisfied with my scores today. Of the 3 games, i bowled, i got scores of 161,177,134. Was only rather disappointed with my last game but anyways that gave me an average of 157 which is pretty good :P

One thing that stills stuns me is that the lunch we had, which is a packet of Nasi Lemak, is like worst $1, while some VEGETARIAN NOODLES for some one and only vegetarian in bowling, a.k.a Vaibhav... who didn't turn up..................... is worth $2!!!!!! OMG? Noodles... VEGETARIAN Noodles.... WORTH MORE THAN RICE? ZZzzzzZzzZzzZzzZ.

a stupid decision, a stupid mistake...

She's 18 years old too but she look 20 plus! haha, she had a great sense of humour and we had fun talking. She told me she stopped schooling cause she couldn't the course she wanted in poly, so she retook o's as private candidate last year. heh =) best of luck for her results.

Yeah, walking towards the interchange i saw Brandon Lee, walking to tm to have fun i suppose, sighs, i miss the times of JC1, so much more relax than now.. ARGH.

so many tests coming up. Econs, physics, chem! ARGH. Life is absoultely gonna get uber boring over the next few days. The coach redrilled my thumb hole today for me, so now my release of the ball is smoother, or so i think. I don't know lah, i kind of feel weird carrying the ball now. I don't even know if i can get into team 1, it would be so sian if i didn't. LoL, some high expectations of self. I think my bowling is super lousy now. Sian.

i'm currently searching some music videos on the net for GP. Kind of cool watching the videos. yeah, better than listening to only the songs itself.

tired.. oh Andrew showed me something interesting. I extracted it from the person's blog.
- - - - -

I don’t usually post these, but I found this one particularly funny:

The following is an actual question given on a University of Liverpool chemistry final exam. The answer by one student was so“profound” that the professor shared it with colleagues via the Internet, which is why we now have the pleasure of enjoying it as well.

Question: Is Hell exothermic (gives off heat) or endothermic (absorbs heat)?

Most of the students wrote proofs of their beliefs using Boyle’s Law that gas cools when it expands and heats when it is compressed or some variant.

One student, however, wrote the following:

First, we need to know how the mass of Hell is changing in time. So we need to know the rate at which souls are moving into Hell and the rate at which they are leaving. I think that we can safely assume that once a soul gets to Hell, it will not leave. Therefore, no souls are leaving. As for how many souls are entering well, let’s look at the different religions that exist in the world today.

Most of these religions state that, if you are not a member of their religion, you will go to Hell. Since there is more than one of these religions and since people do not belong to more than one religion, we can project that all souls go to Hell. With birth and death rates as they are, we can expect the number of souls in Hell to increase exponentially.

Now, we look at the rate of change of the volume in Hell. Because Boyle’s Law states that in order for the temperature and pressure in Hell to stay constant, the volume of Hell must expand proportionately as souls are added. This gives two possibilities:

1. If Hell is expanding at a slower rate than the rate at which souls enter Hell, then the temperature and pressure in Hell will increase until all Hell breaks loose.
2. If Hell is expanding at a rate faster than the increase of souls in Hell, then the temperature and pressure will drop until Hell freezes over.

So which is it? If we accept the postulate given to me by Sandra during my freshman year, that “it will be a cold day in Hell before I sleep with you,” and take into account the fact that Is lept with her last night, then number 2 must be true, and thus I am sure that Hell is endothermic and has already frozen over.

The corollary of this theory is that since Hell has frozen over, it follows that it is not accepting any more souls and is extinct…leaving only Heaven, thereby proving the existence of a divine being - which explains why, last night, Sandra kept shouting“Oh my God.”

THIS STUDENT RECEIVED THE ONLY “A”.

i miss those days so much, sadly they are gone.

He held her haze for a moment, wondering how to answer, how to make that decision. He knew somehow somewhere he has got to give an answer. His mind went blank, momentarily stunned, he only know if he came up with any lame excuse it would be obvious. Deep in his heart, he knew he got to face the facts, and then he cleared his mind and gave an answer.
